About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated legal professional to join their team and grow into managing various legal matters.
Reporting directly to the Directors, as a Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to develop and take responsibility for conveyancing matters and other legal services, including deceased estates, estate planning, leases, and business transactions. You will work closely with their experienced legal team to provide high-quality legal services.

Duties:
- Manage conveyancing files from start to finish.
- Assist with estate planning, deceased estates, commercial leases, and business sales and purchases.
- Maintain accurate file notes
- Liaise professionally with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals.
- Perform other ad hoc legal tasks as directed
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum two years post admission experience
- Bachelors Degree in Law or equivalent (i.e Legal Practice Diploma)
- Proficiency in PEXA and Leap preferred
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents related to Wills, estates, and property transactions
- Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a professional approach
- A commitment to client service and expectation management
- The ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines effectively
- A proactive attitude towards growing the legal areas of the business
- Must have permanent work rights in Australia
