About the Role

Due to continuous business growth, our client is seeking a self-driven and proactive Account Manager to join their dedicated sales team.

Working closely with Business Development Managers and as part of a vibrant and energetic team you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, providing product information as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties.

With customer service as a key objective, the successful candidate will be someone who goes above and beyond to exceed customer’s expectations. The successful candidate mustn’t shy away from cold-calling activities and is willing to maximise sales in a team-orientated environment.

  • Outbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Business Development team
  • Handling inbound inquiries – calls, emails and webchat
  • Process quotations and sales orders
  • Lead generation & cold calling
  • Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales support and customer service role.
  • Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in calendar and booking management.
  • Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Great team player
