About the Role
Established for over 30 years, our client is a leading family-owned and operated business delivering a premium range of sustainable packaging solutions. Due to continuous business growth, our client is seeking a motivated and driven Internal Salesperson to join their dedicated team.
As the Internal Salesperson you will be responsible for providing support to the territory teams and developing new opportunities within clients. You will be a critical part of the team by taking complete ownership of your responsibilities and facilitating success through constant and proactive coordination.

Duties:
- Identify sales leads
- Respond to sales enquiries from various channels
- Lead generation, follow ups & cold calling
- Collaborate with and provide support to territory teams
- Assist in building proposals/submissions to clients
- Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties
- Meet and exceed targets and KPI’s
- Deliver excellent customer service and support through the sales process
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of internal sales and customer service experience required
- Computer literate in MS Office and experience in other CRM systems is essential
- Sales platform experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A “can-do” attitude, highly motivated and able to go above and beyond for customers
- Professional manner and the ability to utilise your initiative
- Time management & excellent organizational skills
