Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in operations, focusing on inbound receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders. You will work closely with a small team, ensuring efficient warehouse processes while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack goods, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch, preparing them for loading onto trucks.
- Conduct loading and unloading of trucks as required.
- Utilize the ERP system (Netsuite) for inventory management and order processing.
- Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift license is required
- Basic computer literacy to navigate our ERP system and perform essential tasks.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not mandatory; we value attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
